It could probably be shortened, but if that makes your code too "dense" or too "clever", it might not be such a good idea. The code in the template is perfect: it's simple, it's easy to read, there's no complex logic in there. The only thing you might want to do (from what I can see at a quick glance) is to use {{ team|escape }} to make sure you catch possible XSS attempts. Since it's your own app, this is unlikely to happen, but it's a good habit to have. That looks fine to me.
